Garden clearance
What we do
Selling a property is an awful lot simpler if it is possible to see the entire property, from every angle. Once a property has been sitting empty for a while, nature tends to take its course and the garden can, quite easily, become unsightly. It's only a short hop from an unsightly garden to a rat infested jungle (okay, maybe not that short-a-time) Nevertheless, we are capable of taking, even the most overgrown mess of a garden and turning it into an asset that helps to sell the property, rather than detract from it.

Trim and tidy - If the grass needs cutting, the flower beds need weeding and the patio requires a sweep, we can help

Edgy hedges - Often, there are bits of the garden that can't, for one reason or another, be attended to by the property's occupant and they can get quite unwieldy, whether its trimming hedges, replacing fences or even cutting down trees, we are able to provide a solution.

Jungle Fever - If the garden have been neglected for some time and the back of the property is no longer accessible, we are on hand to chop, chip and slice our way through the mess to leave a presentable 'blank canvass' for incoming owners to put their mark on.

Landscaping - Through our associated contractors, we are able to offer a landscaping service, should this be required - although it is rare that a fully landscaped garden will return the initial investment at point of sale.
