Probate Valuation of Chattels
A valuation of the chattels within an estate that is subject to probate is more important than ever due to inheritance tax laws and potential HMRC investigation. We can usually return our report within 24 hours although We will never rush a report and where further research is required or specialist valuations are needed for specific items, we will keep you appraised of the timeline involved and still aim to return the completed report within a week.
